Once the folder is accessible simply re-ticking the box would reinitiate the sync, there would be no need for any scan. If MEGAsync ends a folder sync it's because it can't find/access that specific folder. I'm unclear on your earlier comment about force full scan or reading sync pairs. multiple syncs to separate sub-folders rather than just one master folder. The lower the folder level, each sync starts at, the easier it is to track down the issue. I would investigate which folders are involved, to work out the why. Locked files, open and unsaved in an app or on a different computer, will also make synced files unreadable. It continually scans each synced folder and the second it can't read one side, the sync is ended and must be manually restarted. While it might at first appear to be acting on its own I've not seen MEGAsync untick a folder without a traceable reason. Moving/renaming a cloud folder will also end a folder sync. If the hard drive is disconnected or assigned a new drive letter, MEGAsync will untick that folder and it will remain unticked until the sync is manually corrected. It commonly occurs when syncing to an external hard drive. MEGAsync will untick (stop syncing) any folder it either can't find or read. I'd first check which folders stop syncing.
